Take the towpath past the lock to a pub.Bodenham Arboretum has 11 pools and four miles of walks and a cafe to enjoy.Narrow boat trips leave from Stourport. Further along the towpath is Kidderminster, with a good shopping centre and several places to eat.
The Severn Valley Railway runs steam trains through 16 miles of glorious countryside, from Kidderminster to Bridgenorth.The lovely Georgian town of Bewdley is to the south west.West Midlands Safari and Leisure Park has rides and a Discovery Zone as well as the UKs largest family of white tigers.
